Simply put, (as taught to me by attorneys):
75% of us sign a document, (or 38 of our 50 governors can sign for us) it overrides the constitution and the 3 branches of government.

That is what makes America the greatest nation on earth, we are the only ones who have the right to modify our government by way of petition.  No other country has this right and that is what makes us truly unique.##

Please sign, the quicker we get the required signatures, the quicker we get $5,000,000.00 a piece.  

We will fix all social problems with one swoop.  This is trickle up economics. We have to do this, trickle down economics is not working.  The US just borrowed 1 trillion dollars for the Chinese,(BTW, where did this money originate, Hmmm...) and we are still spiraling downward.

The simple truth is there is not enough money available to give the population the balance it requires for CAPITALISM to work.  In order for this new type of economics to succeed long term THE CONSUMERS MUST SPEND.  

When the calculate our average household income they use the $5,000 in debt that the average adult American accrues each year, as part of our income. 

So, on paper, the average HH income is actually $10,000 less than they are showing it as. 

Which by my calculations, has the average American family 75% below the POVERTY LINE.

The first thing they are going to say is "INFLATION".  Alllow me to address this right here.

INFLATION is the result of 2 factors.  GAS PRICES and INTEREST RATES.  Both of which could be stabilized with a simple executive order. 

The only thing that the average American does to cause inflation is

PAY MORE THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE TO.

(TAX FREE)  This will be known as the US Tolerance Bonus.  To receive funds, the jails will use their citizen identification tools to verify identity (NO ID REQUIRED), and then issue a prepaid credit card of your choice, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.  You will set a pin number 4-6 digits and your card will have funds available immediately.  .##

I , the creator of this petition, hereby swear to oversee all distribution and will receive the very last $5,000,000.00 after EVERY OTHER US CITIZEN IN MICHIGAN receives theirs.##

This is the only viable solution to lead us into a prosperous new tech age.  I see America becoming the brokerage for the world.  A diplomat of economics.  Who knows, this may cause others to want to apply for statehood and the likes.  We need to show the world that we are a peaceful people because our government has been painting a horrible representation of our intentions around the globe;  We will be the ones who have to pay the price for it.  After all, the world thinks we are a democracy (we are really a republic) and in a Democracy, the people make the decisions.  That is not at all the case, the government does what it wants without consulting the people of the United States.  NONE of us want WAR with anyone.##
